The “Au Petit Prince” team comprises around thirty dynamic and passionate young people.

They work in many professions, including 6 patissiers, 4 chocolatiers, 2 pastry chefs, 1 cook, 4 bakers, 2 delivery staff, 1 maintenance technician, 1 administrative assistant, 8 saleswomen and additional other talent at peak times of the year.
Célia Cuminet and Valentin Le Nerse are in charge of pastry and chocolate respectively.

They served their time with Maëlig and set the example for newcomers to the company.

With Maëlig, the won the show Le Meilleur Pâtissier Professionnels on French television in 2019.

Since 2017, the “Laboratoire de Magie Gourmande” based in Pluvigner, has been key behind all our shops.

This new building has considerably improved working conditions for our employees. We have been working to improve quality and create new delicacies.

Open Days are held twice a year, just before Easter and Christmas when visitors can tour the whole site for almost two hours.

From January 2021, the “Laboratoire de Magie Gourmande” will be the venue for all the pastry classes and courses!

Ce bâtiment neuf nous a permis d’améliorer considérablement les conditions de travail de nos salariés.

Depuis, nous avons œuvré pour améliorer la qualité et créer de nouvelles gourmandises.

Des portes ouvertes sont organisées 2 fois par an, avant Pâques et Noël pour vous permettre de visiter le site, pendant près de 2h, dans son intégralité.
